- Suffered a serious right ankle fracture from a motocross accident in February 2009
- After 2 corrective surgeries and 1 1/2 years of physical therapy, he was told he would have weakness and a limp for the rest of his life
- January 2011, began training with Dan 2-3 times per week, implementing corrective exercise and nutrition programs
- Since joining the program, he has gained functional strength in the ankle and lost 85lbs ( 22% bodyfat)
